How do I take part in a competition?
To enter, you’ll need to create an account on our website. Ensure all the details you provide are accurate, as we may need to verify your information if you win.

Once your account is set up, browse the competitions on offer. Select the one you’d like to join, choose the number of entries you want, and answer the skill-based question required for entry.

At checkout, you’ll need to tick a box agreeing to our terms and conditions before paying the entry fee.

Alternatively, you can enter for free by following the instructions provided on each competition’s page.

Winners are selected at random using specialist software. The process is broadcast live on our Facebook page for complete transparency.


When do competitions close?
Each competition has its own countdown timer, and entries close when the timer runs out. The draw will take place at the scheduled time, regardless of whether all entries have sold.

If all entries sell out before the advertised closing date, the draw may be brought forward. Updates on any changes will be shared on our Facebook page.


How will I know if I’ve won?
Winners will be contacted by telephone or email within 7 days of the competition closing. If your contact details change, please update us as soon as possible.

If we’re unable to reach you within 14 days of the competition ending, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.


Can I get a refund on my entry fee?
Unfortunately, entry fees are non-refundable. If you think you might change your mind, we recommend waiting until you’re certain before entering.


Is there always a cash alternative?
If a cash alternative is available for a competition, this will be clearly stated in the competition details.


What should I do if I’ve won an instant prize?
Congratulations! We’ll contact you within 48 hours to arrange your prize. For site credit prizes, the credit will automatically be added to your account and can be viewed in your wallet.


What happens if I win entries for a sold-out competition?
If the competition you’ve won entries for is already sold out, we’ll credit your account with the equivalent value in site credit.


Can I exchange my prize for something else?
Prize exchanges depend on the specific competition. If swaps are permitted, this will be clearly outlined in the competition details.


How many times can I enter?
You can enter as many times as you like, provided you don’t exceed the entry limit for the specific competition.


Why do I need to answer a question?
As this is a prize competition, UK law requires participants to demonstrate skill, knowledge, or judgement. The question is designed to ensure the competition is fair and meets legal requirements.

If your answer is incorrect, you will not be entered into the draw.


If I win an instant prize, will I still be included in the main draw?
Yes! Winning an instant prize doesn’t affect your entry into the main draw – you’ll still have another chance to win.
